Cancellation Policy, Payment and Insurance

Cancellation Policy
Warley Grange Health operates a cancellation policy, our policy is similar to many other medical clinics and we kindly ask all patients to adhere to it.

When an appointment has been made for you, the time is allocated to specifically see you, and we are unable to fill this time slot at short notice.

As such, we request that you give us at least 24 hours notice by phone or email if you are unable to attend your appointment.

If you fail to attend your appointment and you have not given us notice, a full treatment fee will be charged.

Please try to arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late the time of your treatment session may be reduced if we have other patients scheduled after your appointment. If you arrive later than 10 minutes for your scheduled appointment you may be refused treatment if there is not sufficient time to carry out the treatment and even charged for the wasted surgery time.

Payment for Treatment and Private Healthcare Insurance
At Warley Grange Health we accept all major forms of payment including cash, cheques, credit and debit cards, we do not accept American Express cards.

Payment is taken at the end of each treatment session unless private healthcare insurance is to be used. If you do hold health insurance, we kindly ask that you provide all your insurance details at the time of booking including, your health insurance provider, your policy and authorisation numbers.

Please note that prices through private healthcare insurance will vary from providers. Due to some insurance providers not paying the full fee of our clinic charges, we have no option but to ask you to pay the outstanding fee that isn’t covered by your provider. Our full fees can be found here. Please check with your insurance provider for their prices, or contact us for more information.

If you have to return to our podiatry clinic within two weeks for any reason there will be a £10 charge, this will be to cover the use of sterilised equipment and clinic time. If you have to return after 14 days then a full fee will be charged.
